For 15$ monthly plan - 100 Minutes Province-Wide Talk counts minutes for incoming calls as well?

Kindly help understand ¬ For 15$ monthly plan, 100 Minutes Province-Wide Talk counted for Outgoing calls only OR Outgoing + Incoming calls?

Based on the plan details (Unlimited  Incoming Calls), they should NOT be counted in your 100 min. If you are sure they are, then do what @Anonymous  suggested, contact moderators. 

Unless you have some different 15$ plan. I'd check in 'Account Overview' under 'Plan Details' option to ensure it is showing 'unlimited incoming calls'

@amitbhagat , if that is really happening then it should not be.

So when you receive a call, you see it adding up on your Plan Minutes on your Overview Tab in your SELF SERVE?

 @amitbhagat : Dang it. You'll need to contact the moderators to straighten that out. Officially, it's supposed to be unlimited incoming from anywhere. But these retro provincial plans might be messed up.

Edit: or perhaps more specifically the limited minute $15 plan.

Outgoing calls only...but checking your voicemail counts also.

Just outgoing.. Incoming calls are free anywhere in Canada..
