Flip Phone that can only take incoming calls

Hello!

Is it possible to get a plan or change a setting where I can get a flip phone on a plan that CAN'T make outgoing calls?  It can only accept incoming calls.  Even preferably only incoming calls from certain numbers?

There isn't any such account setting at Public Mobile.  Your best option would be to get a smartphone and to get a smartphone and install an app that has the option for parental restrictions to be set.  I have also read about devices in the past that could only make outgoing phone calls to preset numbers.

no PM plan has any of those "options".  Not aware of any network that does either.

hi @timbo3344 you can't really.. the only manual way is to get the $15 plan and use up the 100 outgoing minutes at the beginning of every cycle
