I purchased a subscription, online login is working, but the app is stuck after launch.
Does the Public Mobile app need to see the Public Mobile SIM, in order to open?

Tried it all without success. Clear app cache, restart phone, reinstall app.

As the customer is still in the process of completing the steps for activation, a web browser cannot be used. The Public Mobile app is required.

No, PM app does not need to connect to your SIM at all.
Uninstall app, clear cache, cookies, reboot (turn off, wait, turn on) and install app again.

Not really. Sometimes the app can be buggy. What you can do is either delete the app and try downloading it again or you can go into your settings, applications, find the PM app and clear the cache and data. Then try again.
