After I’ve ported my number with Public Mobile (for a few months) now. I’m starting to notice that I can’t receive verification code via sms from certain apps/websites. For example, oversea banking. All of these use my Canadian phone number and it has been working in the past prior to the move to Public Mobile.
I’ve tried disabling Messages and relinking it with my Apple ID/phone number but still doesn’t work.

Thanks for getting back, it appears to be only from certain senders but it was working fine when I was with my previous carrier.

You cannot get SMS from particular senders or from every sender?
SMS sometimes takes few days to be 100% functional so give it a chance.

hi @Kalo329it is normal you won't get messages from overseas banks. Banks send code security code using "short code" , but short codes only work on counties where the banks located
you need to ask the bank for other ways, like email , to receive the code.
