@Shaunaj_13 It could very well be the problem. Try to change it to 4G to see if you get better results. 5G can tend not to get as strong of signal, so if you're far from a tower you might have better results with 4G.

ok, thanks. It is set to 5g, so I'm guessing this isn't the problem.

I have a google pixel 7A. I don't know how to set the $g or 5 G on my phone. And I did try the sim in another phone and the services is equally poor. ZI will also try messaging PM to ask them to refresh my account and see if this works. Thank you

what phone do you have?  did you try setting 4G or 5G on your phone? Did you try the sim in another phone

if you like, take to PM and ask them to refresh your account.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

How do I make a complaint if my cellphone service has gotten progressively worse? I have not moved; however within the past year, I cannot make a phonecall from my house or neighborhood, and I had to purchase a home phone from another provider. Incredibly frustrating to be paying for a cellphone that I can hardly use.

here is some contact info for you...ccts-cprst.ca or 1-888-221-1687 ......BUT....you're supposed to start the process by seeing if your concern can be addressed by the service provider (Public Mobile). Let us know your complaint and maybe we can help.

We are all members like you here. So if you need public mobile representatives (CSA) then submit a ticket to them. Ways to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble), 

2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.  Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.
