This is low value gimmicky marketing.  This makes it easier to consume the metered data.

Thanks for sharing @tzliu - I was just reading this in Facebook.

At first it sounded cool... then after thinking about it, it's actually a waste. Just give me one extra GB a month.

90% of peeps will forget and not bother with this feature... I assume some might use it to stream a game or two.

Overall, good job by Fido in introducing an eye-catching offer that could have very little imapct on usage & cost.
