I have international text on my plan and I've tried everything from adding exit codes and + sign and I just can't seem to get it sent. Just says "message not sent". Help!

That's right. I forgot about how some other national phone systems represent their numbering. Nice find. So yes OP...if you see what might be an extra leading 0 then omit it and try just the rest of the area code. Just leading...not trailing.

Does the recipient have texting?
Can the recipient accept international texts?
To go to another country, you need 011 then country code (ie. UK is 44) then once there you do the local number.
