Hi ,
I just transferred from Virgin. iPhone said E-Sim failed to activate.
Now my virgin service is gone and says SOS. I tried to submit a ticket at public mobile but got "
OOPS! WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.
This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)
Can someone help me on how I get get to customer service? @CS_Agent

I would personally look for a physical sim. esim is inconvenient at PM

@apptree231 The best way is to send a private message to customer support. Use this link to detail your problem and then watch for a reply in your community inbox. There will either be an indication at the envelope icon top right or tap/click on your avatar and select Messages.
