I tried to transfer my old phone number because my old plan didn’t work but public requires me to confirm it via text code. I can’t receive the text because my old plan didn’t work. Now I am stuck in the transfer phase and can’t even decide to get a new number or transfer anymore. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Whichever direction your porting the number to, you'll need to contact the carrier that the number is going to for assistance.

@Yoane are you transfering number into PM out transfering out to another provider??
