I have charged all over my December credit card bill for December. These charges are not showing up in my account. Did not order extra services. How do I get these charges reversed?

PM is prepaid so there shouldn't be any additional charges. Can you post a.copy of your statement masking any personal info ?

More details may be helpful. New activation? customer? Did you change plans?
Maybe screenshot your payment history page in PM self service account or billing statement (omit personal information)
