It says I lose service in 7 days because my CC expired and it wants me to update it, but I have enough credits to cover my plan.
Will it cut me off if I don't have a valid CC?

If you have enough available funds, PM will use THOSE first and if it is not enough it will charge your CC for the rest.
So if your plan is $25 and you do have $30 available funds then they will be used and you will be left with $5.
If you have $25 plan and $20 available funds then $5 will be taken from CC as 'top up'.

you can log in to your PM account to redeem your Points to be applied for next renewal..

If a payment is not made, your account will be suspended and you will lose service. If you do not pay and allow the account to stay suspended for more than 90 days, your account and telephone number will be fully deactivated and you will lose your number.
If you have enough credits, under payment, it will show that the " estimated amount due" from you will be $0.00 on your next renewal. If that is the case, your account should renew until you run out of "available funds" at which point the above will apply.
You can go into the app, tap payment, and you can update your credit card information.

hi @Robert01
if you have money in Available Funds, you don't need to update the card yet, PM will take the money from the Available Funds first and won't touch the credit card, so an expired credit card won't matter
