I need to talk to a CSA. I bought a sim card and subscription but after I do initial login it won't let me login to eversafe or sign up either. I get the confirmation code and enter it and it keeps saying it's the wrong code.
I can't even submit a ticket to talk to a CSA because when I set my nickname it says there was an error to update my nickname.
What am I supposed to do when I can't even reach anyone at this service? I paid money and I have no access to my account.

don't worry about chatbot and My Account login, just submit a ticket using direct message without all those troubles:

Support chatbot tells me to login and create a support ticket when the very problem I need help with is that I can't login. So much for A.I.

Same thing happened to me and deducted twice , but still I coudn't able to login. I get the confirmation code and enter it ...and it keeps saying it's wrong .

try again using the app and see if it helps
if the login issue persists, you can message support here and they can sort it out
