Eversafe still sending login codes to initial number

I can still get by in using my email, but it’s super annoying that it wants me to sign in the app again for whatever reason, it seems to sign me out daily, and it will send the login code to the first number I was assigned before I changed it.

I try to submit a ticket because I know that’s probably the only thing I can do, even that came back with an error today. 

if a support member sees this, and can change my ever safe to the number that I changed it to within the app, so I stop getting the codes to that old number, and also if you can stop signing me out daily.

@Yoman  The same thing happened to me when I changed my number, Eversafe doesn't automatically update when the number in the PM profile changes.  What @softech explained did work for me, I  just went into the Eversafe profile and changed it to the new number.

As far as being signed out is concerned, have you tried selecting Trusted Device when you log in?  It doesn't seem to work for everyone but it does for me.  I still get signed out every so often but don't need to get the code to  log back in.

since you can get in by email, let's check if you can update the phone number yourself

Go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and then update the phone number
