@SW27 Did you check the phone number in your Eversafe profile as well as in the general account? I'm guessing you logged in via email in order to check the phone number?

If you have already created an EverSafe id, you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
Or if that does not work, Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID
If none of those workarounds helps, please open ticket with PM support:

Try tapping the option which reads "didn't get the code?" and you should be presented with an option to get via email.
