I transferred my phone number from text now app but it does not seem to be working with public mobile unless it hasn’t been activated yet what can I do?

@scars613 will Send you the porting team . They can give status update on the port . Or re trigger it if needed . Check you in box for the phone number . And just in case here how to contact support incase they are needed also
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .

can you please clarify what you mean? If your services are not fully working, try rebooting your device, and resetting network connections.
If you are unable to login using the Public Mobile app, try using the website to login. (Or vice versa)
You can also try clearing the systems (& app) cookies, cache and data.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
