Just signed up and got an error that the eSIM wasn’t installed. I can’t seem to figure out how to get ahold of anyone.

@Ashley13 , sometimes we get that error but the eSIM still installs but just needs activated. I did the instructions below for mine. Please try it just incase it installed. If not send CS_Agent a message for help.

Reboot your phone.

In cellular settings make sure that ‘Turn On This Line’ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)

@Ashley13  First check your welcome email for the QR code and scan it with phone and install . If same submit ticket with support 

send a  private message   To CS_Agents
