Hi,
I paid for the $29+ tax in Nov 29. During g purchase it showed my phone is esim compatible. So I bought that plan. After downloading the app, during activation it shows esim not compatible. So I bought the physical Sim but whenever I log into my account it directly goes to activation page and I cannot change it . I have been trying to get help for days now. I am without service and missing money and a lot of important calls. Hope someone helps.

If you haven't heard from them after 24 hours, do another one asking for a 24 HOUR FOLLOW UP in the title. Should get their attention.

Thank you, I put a lot of tickets and been trying to contact them but after the first message everyone dissappear and didn't get any help
