On my iphone mini I am attempting to buy an esim card. Everything works fine until I want to “pay and install” up comes a warning screen that tells me I cannot transfer this esim to another phone. That is fine but the waring message obscures the pay and install button. I cannot scroll up and uncover the button and thus I am stuck. Better testing of the software would be appreciated….

No that does not work. Tried it. I also tried to add $5.00 to my account and pay from available funds. Up comes a different message “pay from available funds” but same problem exists. The “pay and install” button remains hidden.

@JanPV2 Must be a phone thing then because it does re-orient on my iPad.

That would be nice but the app does not allow landscape mode, I have tried before.

@JanPV2 try uninstall the app, reboot phone and reinstall the app

@JanPV2 Have you tried turning the device from portrait mode to landscape? Sometimes that can change the layout and reveal a button.
