Esim not compatible; how do I switch?

I thought my phone was Esim compatible but after purchase I can’t activate it. 
How can I get a physical sim card for the plan I’ve purchased?

@dlduval77 , I don’t know what phone you have but I have an iPhone 14 Pro & it shows in my cellular settings that it accepts eSIM (shows Add eSIM)! There should be something on your phone that shows whether or not it accepts eSIM. If you know it does send a private message to CS_Agent to ask for help getting it to work. Theres been several Customers that have received error messages when trying to install it that CS_Agents had to fix for them.

what phone do you hvae? sometimes the error for eSIM at the end was incorrect.  You can try to scan your QR code from the email and install the eSIM that way

if you need a physical sim, buy one from Telus or Koodo store and then just submit a ticket with agent for them to change it on your account

Once you got the sim , message support here and they will update your the sim for you:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
