Buy a new plan

When I want to buy a plan I receive an error which says: Payment Failed! Please try again or use a different payment method.

what can I do for this?

and the two cards are Visa or Mc?

HI @Naser2 

do you have another card to try?

and make sure you put in the correct name and address and card number. 

Also, if you are not doing that, download the app and start the subscription using the app instead of start with the browser
