Esim issue and no response from agent since Sunday

Hi all, I’ve been trying to reach out to  @CS_Agent  since Sunday about my eSim installation failure. Created couple tickets wrote messages and still haven’t got anything from @CS_Agent. I’m not able to use the phone number that I’ve already paid for due to this issue. My brother had the same issue and @CS_Agent replied in 10 minutes even though he created his ticket 1-2 days after me. How am I supposed use my phone and why don’t you answer people if this is a common issue? I hope @CS_Agent  see this.

I wish you luck, it's hard to recommend PM to friends with service like that.
