Hi all, I’ve been trying to reach out to  @CS_Agent  since Sunday about my eSim installation failure. Created couple tickets wrote messages and still haven’t got anything from @CS_Agent. I’m not able to use the phone number that I’ve already paid for...
My esim installation failed, then I tried the qr code but that also didn’t work. I checked my cellulars but it’s definitely not there. I created contact tockets multiple times but I didn’t get anything back from the carrier.
