Master Card / Debit for Payment

Hi,

I am trying to change my method of payment and between my Master Card and Master Card/Debit and the site just says "cannot process" without any explanation.

I am getting no response through my ticket either.

Does this site/app NOT do Master Card?

I cannot go days with out service and I do not know how else to reach out to actually speak to someone?

Any suggestions?

@EveMay , credit card updates can be finicky at times.  If possible I would suggest using the mobile app with location permission enabled.  As for support tickets, the response time can vary depending on the contact volume.
