Error while activating new account on step 2

Hi,

 

I am transferring my number to PM but getting an error online in step 2. Tried twice but getting the same error:

Please help me in this so that I can transfer the number.

The credits should appear within 72 hours (assuming you are eligible).

Yes, porting your number is easy from the self-serve account. So pick a new number for now and port in later once everything is up and running.

Okay.. let me try again after some time and if not, will try with a new number.

 

So will it be easy to change the new number to my current number?

@Pallav13 If this is a brand new account suggest you activate with a temp number first. Port-in once you know the account is functioning properly. aka BE PREPARED

That's ridiculous.... I should have activated this in store..!!!

@Pallav13 Self serve is notoriously flaky and given to sporadic patience testing events. Part of the charm of PM. Robot LOL

Well, this is happening after writing all the information about the current number in step#2 and after some time, the error comes so not sure if it's related to cache.

 

Let me try incognito mode
