I am trying to move my number from Kodoo to Public but I got an error saying that activation can't be completed. I had a physical sim and opted for an eSim while getting Public. My phone is eSim compatible. What am I doing wrong?
I have only received an email thanking me for my purchase. It doesn't have any QR code, will I receive something else to activate?

at this point, look like it is not a porting problem
What phone do you have? is it eSIM compatible at all?
If it is, then CS agent needs to send you the QR code again so you can manually install it, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@Anu2 Are you trying to activate on the APP and not website need the app to complete , if still no luck please use this link to submit ticket
