I keep getting an error when submitting a ticket. It states to enter N/A if im using an eSIM and yet does not allow me to. there is no phone number to speak to anyone. my phone is now in limbo and I cant do anything with it. Have data on public, and phone number still with old provider. please contact me ASAP as I'm paying 2 providers because your page doesn't work, and public did not port the number over of which

just tried to submit a ticket on the computer and it asked me for my SIM number like what OP experienced

I never had issues submitting a ticket. It never asked me for SIM number or similar. Just what the issue is.
Using computer, not phone...
