I just received a text message my payment is due Jan 01 but when I go in my account it says payment due date Jan 14? I have autopay but normally just comes up a day or so early to tell my payment is due? Is this a glitch?

I got the same text msg, I only activated a plan a few days ago. It scared me for a minute. My self serve account says it's due at the end of Jan. Go by what your self serve account says.

@Mark25 Common issue today. Check http://selfserve.publicmobile.ca and see that your renewal date is still the correct date, and you can ignore this message.
