I just received a text message my payment is due Jan 01 but when I go in my account it says payment due date Jan 14? I have autopay but normally just comes up a day or so early to tell my payment is due? Is this a glitch?
I was told there could be issues transferring my number from a telus pre paid plan to PM. Is there anywhere there is a tutorial instruction for transferring and does Telus close out my pre paid account or do I need to contact them?
