Error When Trying to Add US Data Roaming

I have funds in my account. But when I try to add the 1GB Data plan, I am getting this error: ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Provisioning_15


I'm leaving to the US tomorrow morning, please advise ASAP.

Wait 15 mins.  Try on a different browsers (edge/firefox/chrome), or use Incognito mode, or clear cache and restart browser. If none of those works, try on another machine/device

@danieleckler - for services in USA make sure you are adding the ROAMING addon:

"US Roaming - 1 GB Data (10-day) - $20.00"

Regular addons will not work in the USA.


Also, addons only work if your plan is currently in Active status.


Once you successfully add the ROAMING addon to your account the time clock starts counting down=10 days/240 hours these ROAMING adds last.

So, if you want to wait to try tomorrow, it may buy you another day if needed.


When buying an addon, it is a TWO STEP process - be sure to:
1. Add funds to your account, if you don`t have sufficient funds  

2. Go back to the Add-Ons page and select your Add-On.

@danieleckler   One more thing,   All US Roaming has a 10 days 240 hours limit and start counting from the moment you successfully purchased.  it actually more advantage for you  to leave it at least till tonight to try to buy. 


For now, make sure Available Fund has the money and you can try again later

Available Fund on My Account shows you have $20? If that is the case, can also try to buy via *611


2 (Buy addon) , then 3 (Roaming) , then 5 (Roaming 1GB)

Should I expect that it will automatically turn on when I enter the US, or do I have to do anything?



Roaming is supposed to start working seamlessly.

It's advisable to:


  1. Reboot your phone.
  2. Ensure roaming is enabled.
  3. Manually select at&t or T-Mobile.

the thing you need to do to confirm working is to manually select the network carrier, they T-Mobile or AT&T and use the one that works better or switch between the 2 as needed.
