Error When Trying to Add US Data Roaming

I have funds in my account. But when I try to add the 1GB Data plan, I am getting this error: ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Provisioning_15 I'm leaving to the US tomorrow morning, please advise ASAP.

Should I expect that it will automatically turn on when I enter the US, or do I have to do anything?
