Anyone know what error 820 is? I can't confirm whether my purchase for new SIM & plan went through because I cannot log into the website. My credit card is showing two charges of $0.

please double check with credit card to see if both are posted charge, could be just one of them is posted and the other is pending
if both posted and require a refund, please submit ticket with CS agent by messaging here
