Hello,
I am leaving Bell and switching to Public Mobile. Looks like I messed up the IMEI and now the number is (sorta) stuck. I have access to data and I can call using the phone number I ported from bell, but only the bell sim can receive phone calls.
Over an hour ago I received a text saying that I will be contacted shortly, but I have yet to hear anything. Is there a number I can contact or a way I can reset the phone porting process? Chat bot isn't helping.

Could you message the TELUS team porting phone number to me as well? I had the same issue as OP.

Looks like that your port was no completed properly. We usually recommend using account number (instead of IME).
I will private message you the Telus team porting phone number. This number is only used for porting issues.
