I originally missed the port confirmation text, so I had to reinitiate it yesterday but I entered my old provider's account number wrong but used the correct phone number. I got a text immediately saying someone from Public would contact me "shortly" about the wrong account number but it was pretty late so nothing came in. Now I don't know what's going on or how to fix it. No one has called me yet either. Pls help. 😭

Thanks for the note! I called support and apparently the back end team had already fixed the issue a bit before I called in, but they confirmed with me that everything was working properly. Yay!

Yes @jesso that message you got about being contacted shortly, never happens sadly. You can also place a ticket in with the correct account number via the chat box down below.
Just enter key word Customer Service Agent.... and follow the steps.
