My plan changed overnight from 5GB ti 50 GB and now I can’t make outgoing calls. People can still call me but it shows up as unknown caller and before always showed the persons name. However, I can’t make any outgoings calls. It’s says your phone is not activated on the network. But yet can receive calls

Still not fixed for me and I've tried the network resetting, restarting phone etc., I'm waiting for my ticket to be called...

This is odd. You're not the first person on this forum to mentioned the same issues about not being able to make outbound calls AND your number shows up as unknown number. Just wondering, are you using an iPhone? If so, did you recently upgrade to that new update 17.4.1 ?

Let me know if you get yours fixed. I’ve tried resetting the network and rebooting with no luck

Tried it didn’t work

Hello @Suejenkins
This is how to reset your network settings.

Reset networks settings is not resetting the phone. It is needed and a useful quick fix. Yes, you might loss your saved Wifi and Bluetooth connection and you just need to join those Wifi and pair the Bluetooth again
if you are really worry, then don't do that. Try your sim in another phone for a force sim reprovision, or please submit ticket with PM agent

I’m afraid I’ll lose all my photos and contacts and everything. When I goggle it says a reset will lose it all.

So you just changed plans too? And you can receive calls but not call out?
03-26-2024 01:43 PM
I am having the exact same issue!

The Reset one, not the "Get Started"
So, Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

I’ve tried reboot and I’ve opened a ticket like 3-4 hours ago no response yet. Just so strange I can receive calls but not make a call. I could see if it was all calls.

you mean this? I don’t want to lose the stuff on my phone 🤦♀️

try reboot the phone once. If still fails, try Reset All Networks on your phone
if issue persists and you have another phone around, test the PM sim there. By putting it on another phone, it can force a sim reprovision and it will resolve the issue
Last, if nothing work, Please open ticket with PM support:

Dumb question @Suejenkins Have you tried to reboot your phone? Sometimes if you go into your network settings you can reset your networks and reboot sometimes fixes the issue. You may lose some saved wifi locations and bluetooth.
