I just upgraded my subscription from 4G to 5G network but it's still 4G network reflecting. What could be the problem?

Sorry, but you can only change to the plans shown there.

It doesn't really matter what plan you have all of them use the same networks, 3G/4G and 5G. The name of the plan just refers to the speed limit that is applied.

Thanks for your response. I checked and realised it is a 4G compatible phone. I tried changing my subscription back to 4G to be activated on my next renewal date and there's no 4G option anymore.
How do I go about that please?

Like @softech suggests, please check your phone for 5G support. Many phones that came out around 2020 have 5G support from the manufacturers, but 5G may be disabled by default or by the carrier if you bought the phone from a carrier.

what phone do you have? do you have a 5G phone?
First, click Reset network settings. Then, check the network mode, make sure it is selected as Automatic and see if it connects to 5G
if not, you can try to manually change the network mode to 5G and test
but worst case, you can still stay on 4G or LTE and get a 5G speed, up to 200Mbps

The best thing to try is a speed test. Your phone may still say 4G but you may be getting 5G speeds.
4G up to 100 Mbps
5G up to 250 Mbps
Give it a try and report back.
