Yeah, I want to go back to the previous plan because of the cost of the current one but the former one is not in my subscription menu anymore. Please, how would I go back to it?
Thanks for your response. I checked and realised it is a 4G compatible phone. I tried changing my subscription back to 4G to be activated on my next renewal date and there's no 4G option anymore.How do I go about that please?
