I recently switched to public Mobile and I can make calls and have data but I cannot send or receive SMS messages. Because of this I can't sign in. I even tried to switch carriers back but I can't do that either because I can't receive the confirmation text. I've tried deleting my apns then restarting, I've tried creating apns manually and I'm not getting anywhere. Hoping someone here will have some advice.Thanks 🙂

Thanks for the information @Dunkman . When I try to log in it doesn't say "didn't receive code?" It says "resend code?" Continuously and doesn't give an email option.

You can usually get the code send via email instead. Click on did not receive code and it should offer email next.
You will need to contact customer service agent to fix your texting issue. Either via the following link:

don't switch provide, it is fixable and can be all sorted out tomorrow
PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations. And if you are an iPhone user, iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.
PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
