I am unable to access my account.
I go to login and when I do it just takes me back to the main page, unable to access my account. Sometimes it puts me through an endless loop of signing in and putting in a verification code. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies. Restarting, using incognito and different browsers. I've tried on my phone app and that makes me go through the process of purchasing a new plan. Please help.

I honestly don't recall. When I try logging in it makes me do all the access code verifications.

So you haven't set up the Eversafe log-in?

yes, PM has a new Eversafe login since June. If you have not login since, it is likely a problem with the link between EverSafe and My Account. Easy fix for PM, please message them as advised above

I've been with PM for probably a year now. It's been a while. The website looked different last time I logged in.

How long have you been with Public Mobile? Are you just starting up? If you've been at PM a while, when was the last time you logged into your account?
