I cannot access my account because when I Signed up the lady made both mine and my son’s account on the same email so I have not been able to access my account since the day one I’m signing up with mobile! In August, I was double charged for my account $42

@hleucka Each account has to have its own email , you cannot have two accounts on one email . As for being over charged double check credit card . Is one charge just pending and the other has posted ? If so the pending charge should drop off . If both charges are posted engage support to straighten out and help you gain access to your account

try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login
if same, please message support agent and they can sort out the login problem
