spend lotsa time reading past and present posts from customers...learn how Solutions were reached. Do lotsa reading in the Get Help files. Bravo posts you find helpful. there is no definite formula here as it is a PM's secret

But generally, just reply what you know and help out and others.  A 5 mins and couple replies weekly will easily get you 1 or 2 points, but 10 or 15 can be a full time job.  🙂
