My wife and I both pay for public mobile, each of us being charged monthly. We are charged twice in the month, once for each bill.
But when I went to log into her account and follow the link to My Rewards, it takes me to my rewards page.
So either Public has combined our accounts and we are earning half the amount of points that we should be, or the website is taking me to my rewards from her account page.
Has this happened to anyone else?

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@JamH There apparently cache issues, try logging in using incognito mode after logging out, or better yet access each account from a different device.
