How do you reach a PUBLIC MOBILE customer representative?
After clearing my cookies and signing into the Community, i attempted to Submit A Ticket, it gives me Error 404.
I then tried sending an email message to @CS_Agent and it keeps saying the address is not valid.
The more they change things, the worse it gets. I guess that's what is wanted, so you give up and accept.

The Submit a Ticket system hasn't been working since the change to EverSafe ID in late May.
Alternatively, you now need to contact the Customer Support Agent directly by messaging them on The Community.
