E sim is garbage and no customer phone line what is wrong with public mobile

I have an IPhone 12 and this public mobile has been a huge mess for me trying to activate this stupid phone for 3 hours these guys have me jumping through links that just don’t end and it pisses me off wasted money for this I need help and the fact they don’t have a customer line is crazy what a wack phone company

Sorry for your woes but I can attest that Public Mobile (and eSIM) has been an outstanding experience with my iPhone 15 since Sep 2024

Also keep in mind, that when reaching out to customer support, they will only reply during working hours which are 9am-10 pm eastern time.  In this forum, community members are exceptionally helpful and pretty much 24/7. As @hairbag1  reply suggests, please share more details of your issue and we can try to assist as best we can!

occasionally somebody can have problems during the activation process, but if you can give us some detail about where you're having problems, maybe we can help. Something to do with the esim I see but what's the problem ?
