I've been trying to get help.from PUBLIC MOBILE FOR OVER A WEEK NOW-NO FRIGGING TESPONSE AND THEN I GET A RESPONSE TO A TICKET; IT SAYS I MUST REPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS. I SENT 6 MESSAGES WITHIN 3 HOURS (AS SOON AS I REC'T THE RESPONSE) & THEN 5 HOURS LATER I GET A MESSAGE THAT THE SESSION HAS TIMED OUT!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I'VE NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED IN MY LIFE!!! I'VE HAD NO FRIGGING CELL SIGNAL FOR OVER A WEEK NOW CAN'T MAKE ANY PH CALLS & CAN'T.GET ANY PH CALLS-THEY DROP AS DOON AS THE PH STARTS TO RING OR IT GOES STRSIGHT TO VOICE MAIL/WHICH I CAN'T PICK UP B/C I HAVE NO FRIGGING CELL SIGNAL!!! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON??? I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE HERE IN RED ROCK, ONTARIO HAVING YHIS PROBLEM. I KNOW OF LOTS OF PEOPLE GOING THROUGH THE SAME STUPID GARBAGE, AND NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO TELLS US WHAT IS GOING ON OR WHY THIS IS HAPPENING OR HOW TO FIX IT! IF I DRIVE 10-12 MILES OUT OF TOWN MY CELL SIGNAL IS JUST FINE. PUBLIC MOBILE/TELUS IS JUST SCAMMING US ALL. THEY TAKE OUR MONEY AND ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE AT ALL! SHAME ON THEM!!! I'M REPORTING THEM TOMORROW!

Is your phone VoLTE compatible as per your previous posting due to the 3G shutdown?
Older phones are not VoLTE compatible so enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is compatible.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Unfortunately, Public mobile customer service is not live. It will take a few hours in between responses via private message.
I checked the Telus outage map, but there is no reported outages in Red rock, Ontario.
