I've been trying to get help.from PUBLIC MOBILE FOR OVER A WEEK NOW-NO FRIGGING TESPONSE AND THEN I GET A RESPONSE TO A TICKET; IT SAYS I MUST REPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS. I SENT 6 MESSAGES WITHIN 3 HOURS (AS SOON AS I REC'T THE RESPONSE)  & THEN 5 HOURS ...

i did not have an alternative number for PM to contact me yesterday when I switchex over service to P.M.  In less than 2 hrs I had 3 calls from Collection Agencies! I need my old phone number back immediately!
