i did not have an alternative number for PM to contact me yesterday when I switchex over service to P.M. In less than 2 hrs I had 3 calls from Collection Agencies! I need my old phone number back immediately!

did you attempt to port your old number in to your new Public Mobile account during the activation process ? Remember your old account MUST still be active in order to port to PM successfully.

during the activation process, you were given opportunity to port your old number in to your new Public Mobile account. Did you attempt the port ? Your old account MUST still be active in order to port in to PM successfully.
