I just subscribed and I was sent a t text that my number has been transferred from Rogers . On my phone however it still says My carrier is Rogers and under Network it says "Not Available". I am unable to use the QR code for downloading my eSim as well. Help!

Did you respond initially to Roger's port request text?
Which model phone do you have? Not all phones are eSIM compatible with Public mobile.

If the network for Roger’s is unavailable that is a good sign that your port was successful. When you go to your settings and go to cellular is there any chance that you see the Roger’s sim and the PM ESIM? You can press the sim to see more details and see which carrier it belongs to under network selection. If you do see the PM esim make sure it’s enabled (turn on this line) and then reboot the device.
If you don’t see the eSIM then you’ll have to contact customer service to re-issue the QR code.
