Subscription not activated

I was following the steps and selected port a number from Koodo and got this message:  Subscription not activated.

It says to contact support.  I tried and I keep going around in a circle with no resolution.

Can someone explain the next step please?

So the problem is, I chose the option to port my Koodo number. I failed to notice it’s for prepaid and not monthly customers.  I cannot go back and change my selection.

is your old Kodoo account a prepaid account ?

Transferring a Phone Number from Koodo Prepaid

If you wish to transfer an existing numbering from Koodo Prepaid, you will need to first complete your activation with a new number, then reach out to our Customer Support Agents here in order to transfer your existing number to Public Mobile.
