WHAT kind of charges you get? Are they the same as your plan's cost?
Did you switch plans in the middle of cycle? Did you buy any add-ons? Does anybody else uses your card to pay for PM services?
You have to provide mode details for any meaningful assistance.

Have you made any changes to your account recently? Any chance you got a text offering purchase of additional data?
Are these extra charges also reflected on your payment page on your PM account? If the charges are reflected on both the PM payment page and are posted charges please reach out to support.

can you post a screen shot of the billing history. Make sure to edit out any personal info though.
