My plan was due on the 6th thiis month an now they changed it to the 23rd this month how do I contact customer service…. I loss like 2 weeks of the plan !!!

The only such difference in billing cycle could be due to plan reactivation or plan change in the middle of cycle.

Otherwise due day changes from month to month by 1 day or so due to billing cycle of 30 days.

Due date isn't the same every month. The 30 day plans means that it changes.

Did you just pay and reactivate your plan services? You didn't lose 2 weeks you just started a new 30 day cycle. Your next renewal will be September 22nd. Pay by the 21st to not be suspended.
